MULTIKULTURA provides for the EU projects the network of local schools and in particular classes and teachers for exploration of project methodology over the project period. SCOPE OF WORK: The Union consists of different institutions dealing with arts and education and ICT technology. Multikultura specializes in exploitation of eLearning, multimedia education technology applying such methods like internet platforms, training films, educational television, and video games. The documentary films produced have been awarded at different European film festivals and are now used by many schools in Europe as educational tools. MULTIKULTURA promotes equal opportunities of education, employment and combats marginalization of social groups. In accordance with the Erasmus+ the document Opening up Education of 25th September 2013 MULTIKULTURA pays attention to new technologies, able to guarantee equity in education, because open technologies that allow All individuals to learn, Anywhere, Anytime, through Any device, with the support of Anyone. AREAS OF SPECIFIC EXPERTISE: Since 1999 MULTIKULTURA is working as educational provider on different projects on Cooperative Learning in classes as well as in the international contexts, where partners explore methods that stimulate the co-operation through open, challenging and complex tasks. Mainly exploring the method derived from cooperative learning developed by Elizabeth Cohen (Stanford University) and Dalton Plan. QUALITY SYSTEM USED: Annual evaluation, internal and external of projects as well as testing of functionality of produced e-Learning tools and educational networks in real environment.

Opis projektuIf you need a trustworthy and reliable Partner from POLAND. Thank you for considering The Union of Associations MULTIKULTURA in your project. MULTIKULTURA specializes in the development and production of the distance learning tools, like: e-learning platforms, educational films and video games. Sample of collective poetry writing video games by MULTIKULTURA can be seen at: www.eMultipoetry.eu. In 2011 MULTIKULTURA finished the Grundtvig Multilateral project on collective poetry writing and translating . We managed to develop our own innovative methodology for Collective Poetry Writing and translating. The teaching base on the Five Educational Cycles in the Emultipoetry Service described on the website. The Main goal of the MULTIKULTURA is to promote social inclusion of disadvantaged groups through the initiation and implementation of educational and cultural activities. MULTIKULTURA provides on-line non-formal and informal learning and training activities for people of all ages and social categories. Cooperate with educational institutions, vocational groups of professionals, psychologists, language therapists for dyslexia,VET teachers and trainers who provide innovative treatments to help in learning disabilities. Operating in the rural, post industrial area Nowa Huta MULTIKULTURA is in constant cooperation with the local authorities and teachers, trainers or VET-professionals providing work-based trainings to stimulate education and employment of local inhabitants. MULTIKULTURA organize many public events and take active part in the local community problems. Main activity areas: vocational training/adult education; social integration of disadvantaged groups; youth and civil society. Increasing capabilities of citizens by addressing the needs of the labour market in the context of lifelong learning and ensure open access to different levels, forms and methods of acquiring knowledge and skills development of every citizen of the region regardless of gender, age, residence, ethnicity, social and material status. In order to respond to the educational challenge of the rural population in Poland the MULTIKULTURA set up the initiative of Education Equal Opportunities, which came just in the stage of building a community of digital education leaders – that is the volunteers who could help to provide rural area citizens with pathways for improving their knowledge and competences. The volunteers are called the "lighthouse keepers". Participants are welcome to join the on-line poetry writing video games with special video graphics design. The video games are still very popular among international users even five years after the eMultipoetry project is completed at: www.eMultipoetry.eu Each day a new poems are created on the eMultipoetry video games. The selected poems are then projected on the walls of the city of Krakow. Since 1999 MULTIKULTURA is working as educational provider on different projects on Cooperative Learning in classes as well as in the international contexts, where participants explore methods that stimulate the co-operation through open, challenging and complex tasks. Mainly exploring the method derived from cooperative learning developed by Elizabeth Cohen (Stanford University) and DALTON PLAN. In case of each educational project an e-learning methodology is develop. Printed audiovisual materials are publish for Europe-Wide dissemination among educational institutions. MULTIKULTURA also promotes equal opportunities of education & employment & combat marginalization of social groups. For the last 15 years we run projects on minority groups, like Roma and migrants from the Easter European countries. The Union consists of different institutions dealing with arts and education and ICT technology. In 2004 Multikultura was nominated to the Evens Price for Intercultural Education for coordinating the COMENIUS Multilateral project in title: “Others are also us”. With the objective: education of children of minority groups and their parents. After that Multikultura participated as project partner in two multilateral projects «CLIM» Cooperative Education Project coordinated by Gent University and «DIMPLE» project: European Help-desk for Intercultural Education coordinated by the University of Utrecht.
