SERDA is a regional development agency founded in 2003 by the 32 municipalities and 2 cities in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It has vast experience in preparation and implementation of the projects funded by the domestic stakeholders and foreign institutions, including the EU, UNDP, GIZ, etc, with a portfolio of over 400 successful projects. SERDA has been actively participated in many cross border, transnational and international programs, and poses expertise for assisting the lead partner in successful organization of a Europe for citizens project. Constant institutional strengthening of SERDA and self capacity building resulted with position of leading development agency in BiH and an unavoidable factor in the economic development of the Sarajevo Macro Region and significant development stakeholder in BiH. In 2009 SERDA has established the Centre for the Support and Promotion of European Integration (CePPEI) with the overall objective of increasing the level of knowledge about the EU, on local level.

Zakres tematyczny projektuIn the past eleven years SERDA developed and implemented over 400 projects/activities and conducted numerous regional and local development activities with relevant stakeholders and partners. Among them, specific importance has been given to the international projects through which SERDA increased its capacities regarding the implementation of such actions. Currently, SERDA have been successfuly implemented activities related to projects »SOLICRIS«, »Culture that unites us«, from the Europe for Citizens programme.
