Informacja o organizacjiPolska Fundacja im. Roberta Schumana (The Polish Robert Schuman Foundation) was established in 1991 by figures crucial for the 1989-90 systemic and political transformation in Poland. The main aims of the Foundation are to encourage European citizens to actively participate, to foster the values of the European Union and to strengthen civil society in Poland and other countries. The Foundation cooperates with a wide range of institutions and organizations within and outside the EU, concentrating on promoting political and social initiatives and focusing on the development of democracy. Activities of the Foundation include organizing conferences, seminars, street events and debates on different topics, trainings for local community activists, cultural exchange projects within a network of European School Clubs. The Foundation is one of the biggest organizations in Poland coordinating European Voluntary Service projects.

Opis projektuWe are interested in the cooperation with NGOs working in such fields as civic education, European integration, intercultural dialogue, social inclusion, active citizenship; We are experienced in using interactive methods and tools as local street events, open debates, social media campaigns etc. We participate in such networks as e.g. Anna Lindh Foundation, European School Clubs, Concord. We are cooperating actively with experts, animators, volunteers, youth clubs, schools, media, public institutions (national and European), Universities. We have been implementing several projects within Europe for Citizens, both as leader and partner. Currently we are looking for projects we can join as a Partner but we are ready to get fully involved in the project's idea development and consequently to take part in the process of applying.
