Informacja o organizacjiVeľké Ludince is a village and municipality in the Levice District in the Nitra Region of Slovakia. In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1282. Its population is approximately 1.500 inhabitants, with ethnic groups including 83% Hungarians and 16% Slovaks. The municipality constantly aims to enable its citizens to actively engage in community action through participation in all phases of the municipal development planning process.

Opis projektuEuropean Cultural Heritage Fostering European Citizenship through Cultural Heritage Debates on European Past and Future Diversity of Cultural Heritage across Europe The aim of our project is to create an international network for promoting the European Cultural Heritage and educating the citizens in this field. With this project we want to initiate a debate about the European past and future in respect of its Cultural Heritage. We also aim to discuss and promote the economic aspect of Cultural Heritage as a driving force for the cultural and creative sectors. OBJECTIVES AND GOALS: - Reinforce a sense of belonging to a common European space - Raise awareness about Cultural Heritage of different European Countries - Trigger a change in the way we enjoy, protect and promote Cultural Heritage. TARGET GROUPS: - Children and Youth - Students - Parents - Seniors - Teachers - Cultural and Creative sector desicionmakers - Educational authorities - Local Policy Makers.
